About Peter King
Not many sports writers are more respected than Peter King. King has a writer for Sports Illustrated since 1989 and operates his own football website, the MMQB. He also is a part of Football Night in America on NBC. Since 1992, King has been a Pro Football Hall of Fame voter. In 2009, the Hall honored him with the Dick McCann Memorial Award for his work writing about football. Prior to SI, King covered the Cincinnati Bengals for The Cincinnati Enquirer and the New York Giants for Newsday. The 2010 and 2012 National Sportswriter of the Year has published six books. In addition to his work on NBC, King has been apart of football coverage on ABC when they had Monday Night Football and CNN/SI. He also served as managing editor of HBO’s Inside the NFL for a period of time when the show won three sports Emmys. King graduated from Ohio University with a degree in journalism and currently resides in New York City.
