About Adrian Wojnarowski
There is no reporter perhaps in sports history who has broken stories more often than Adrian Wojnarowski.He was ESPN's Senior NBA Insider.The term “Woj bombs” was created for the amount of breaking news that he pushed out on the website and his personal Twitter account.
Before joining ESPN, Wojnarowski gained a reputation as a national authority in the NBA as Yahoo Sports' lead reporter from 2007-2017. He joined Yahoo from The Record in New Jersey.Wojnarowski spent over a decade at The Record and was named Columnist of the Year twice by the Associated Press Sports Editors.
His 2006 novel, The Miracle of St. Anthony: A Season with Coach Bob Hurley and Basketball’s Most Improbable Dynasty, was a New York Times best-seller. During this period, he also wrote for ESPN.com. Wojnarowski started his career while still in high school at the Hartford Courant. Following graduation from St. Bonaventure University, he wrote for smaller papers before landing with the Fresno Bee in 1995.
