About J.A. Adande

J.A. Adande has long been one of the most respected sports journalists in the country. Adande got notoriety as a columnist at the Los Angeles Times. ESPN took notice, hiring him as an NBA columnist in 2007. Adande had been a regular panelist on the network's popular afternoon program, Around the Horn, a program he remains a part of today. He also has a background in journalism instruction, originally working as an adjunct professor at USC's Annenberg School. Currently, Adande is back at his alma mater as the Director of Sports Journalism at Northwestern University. He sets a good example to the next generation as well by his active role in the National Association of Black Journalists.
