About Kelly Oubre
Kelly Oubre is a wing player for the Philadelphia 76ers. Oubre spent parts of four seasons with the Washington Wizards before being traded to the Phoenix Suns in 2018. He played the best basketball of his career once being traded to Phoenix, averaging 18.9 points and 4.9 rebounds over 40 games. The Wizards originally selected Oubre with the 15th pick in the 2015 NBA Draft after he played one season at Kansas. Oubre was selected to the Big 12 All-Newcomer Team. He had several standout performances throughout the year including a 19-point showing against Oklahoma and a 25-point outburst in the first game of the Big 12 Tournament against TCU. The Jayhawks won their first game of the NCAA Tournament against New Mexico State before falling to Wichita State. Oubre did not initially start the year as a starter, but joined the starting five during the Champions Classic against Kentucky. He is a New Orleans native, but played his final high school year at powerhouse Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada. Oubre was a McDonald’s, Parade, and USA Today All-American.
