About Andre Miller
Andre Miller beat the career odds by playing 17 years as an NBA point guard. Miller ranks in the top ten all-time in league history in assists. He had his best season with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2002. Miller led the league in assists with 10.9 per game and averaged 16.5 points. He has been the postseason ten times and made it out of the first round for the first time with the Washington Wizards in 2014. Having only missed 30 games in his career, Miller was well regarded throughout the league for his durability. The Cavs selected him with the eighth pick in 1999. Miller starred for the Utes, winning first team All-American and WAC Player of the Year honors in his senior season. As a junior, Miller lead Utah to the national championship game, knocking off defending national champ Arizona in the process. The school retired his number 24 jersey.
