About Keith Primeau
Keith Primeau had a 15-year NHL career and was a two-time All-Star. Primeau played the majority of his career with the Detroit Red Wings and Philadelphia Flyers. In Philly, he was named a team captain and was also captain during the Carolina Hurricanes’ second season. Twice, Primeau notched a career high of 73 points in a season. He had a variety of big postseason performances. In 2000, he scored a goal in the fifth overtime period to give the Flyers an Eastern Conference Semifinal win over the Pittsburgh Penguins. Philadelphia would call on Primeau again in 2004 and he had nine goals with seven assists as the franchise made it all the way to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. He currently has many business undertakings in retirement. Primeau serves as Director of Player Development for the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL while coaching Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. He also owns a Bain’s Deli franchise in Philly.
