About Brad Treliving
Brad Treliving became the general manager of the Calgary Flames in 2014. The Flames made the playoffs in two out of Treliving's first three seasons after missing the postseason for five straight years prior to his appointment. He first got into the NHL as the assistant general manager of the Phoenix Coyotes. Concurrently, Treliving served as general manager of the AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage. He held both roles until being hired by the Flames. Treliving co-founded the Western Professional Hockey League in 1996. He was vital in facilitatinga merger with the CHL and WPHL in 2001.
