About Tony Beltran
Tony Beltran is a professional soccer player in Major League Soccer who plays for Real Salt Lake. Tonys career began to take shape in college where he first played for St. Johns for a season where he played in 21 matches and scored two goals and had three assists before transferring to UCLA where he played two years before becoming the third overall selection in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft. He has played his entire MLS career with Real Salt Lake where he has made a total of 164 appearances including starting in 10 of 15 appearances in his rookie campaign. Tony has also been a part of international play with success, including a victory in the 2005 Milk Cup, and appearances in the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup with the USMNT that progressed to the quarter finals. Tony has also begun playing for the United States National Team since January of 2013.
