About Ashley Cole
Ashley Cole had a standout international soccer career for Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Chelsea, and Roma. Many consider him the best left back of his era. Cole’s teams have won the Premiership three times, FA Cup seven times, and he won the UEFA Champions League with Chelsea in 2011-12. No player has won the FA Cup more than Cole. He was a standout for years with England, earning 107 caps and competing in the 2002, 2006, and 2010 World Cup. In 2010, Cole was awarded England Player of the Year. Being able to debut on the world scene as an 18 year old with Arsenal, the team he grew up rooting for was a great thrill. Cole was a member of the 2003-04 Arsenal club that went undefeated and was aptly named “The Invincibles”.
