About T.J. Lavin
T.J. Lavin is most widely known for being a BMX rider, having competed in the X Games and theDew Action Sports Tour. His success in the X Games gained him notoriety within the sportsworld, earning 3 bronze medals, one silver medal, and three gold medals. Lavin is also active inthe music industry, releasing his debut album “The First Set” in 2007.. In 2010, Lavin was putinto a medically induced coma after a crash at an event in Las Vegas. He sustained internalinjuries to his brain, a fractured wrist, and broken ribs, but was able to make a full recovery andreturned from the hospital after nearly a month of treatment. Lavin is married to his wife,Roxanne, and currently hosts MTV’s “The Challenge”, a role he has had since the shows 11thseason.
