About Tim Kurkjian

After graduating from the University of Maryland Kurkjian began writing for the Washington Star and then worked his way up to ESPN, writing for the Baltimore News-American, Baltimore Sun, Dallas Morning News and Sports Illustrated along the way. He began his days as a reporter at CNN/SI and then was hired at ESPN as an expert baseball insider. Known best for his regular appearances as a dugout reporter during ESPN Major League Baseball telecasts and on the hit show Baseball Tonight, Kurkjian is the best in the business when it comes to giving fans the inside information that will effect their favorite baseball team.
