About Pablo Torre
Pablo Torre is an American journalist, sportswriter, podcaster, and TV host known for investigative reporting and sharp commentary. Born in New York City, he graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in 2007 with a sociology degree. Torre started at Sports Illustrated, writing award-winning features on athletes' finances, recognized by GLAAD and the Society of Professional Journalists. Joining ESPN in 2012, he appeared on "Around the Horn", "Pardon the Interruption", and hosted “High Noon” and “ESPN Daily”. He produced the 30 for 30 short “Friedman’s Shoes" (2016). In 2023, he launched “Pablo Torre Finds Out” with Meadowlark Media, now under The Athletic, blending sports and culture “talkumentaries,” earning Edward R. Murrow and Peabody Awards.
