About Nick Foligno
Nick Foligno is the captain of the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Buffalo, New York native came up through the U.S. National Team Development Program. He played his junior hockey with the OHL's Sudbury Wolves. The Ottawa Senators originally selected Foligno in the first round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut with the Senators in 2007 and spent the first five seasons of his career with the franchise. Foligno was traded to Columbus in 2012 and experienced the best season of his career in 2015. He recorded 73 points and was named to the All-Star team. Foligno has represented Team USA at the World Championships three times. His father, Mike, and brother, Marcus, also played in the NHL.
