About Luke Hughes
Luke Hughes is a star defenseman for the New Jersey Devils. Hughes comes from an amazing hockey family and joined his brothers in 2021 as the third in the family to be selected inside the top ten of the NHL Draft. The Devils took him fourth overall and he went on to spend two years at the University of Michigan. Hughes helped the Wolverines reach the Frozen Four each season. He was the Co-Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 2022 and a first-team All-Big Ten selection in 2023. Hughes joined the Devils shortly after, scoring a game-winning goal in his second game.
