Kerron Clement Biography

Kerron Clement won the 2016 Olympic gold medal in the 400 meter hurdles for the United States.  In 2008, Clement took home gold in the 4x400m relay and silver in the 400m hurdles.  Over those two events, he has also won four gold medals at the World Championships.  Clement competed in college at the University of Florida.  At the 2005 NCAA Indoor Championships, he broke Michael Johnson's record in the 400m.  Clement also won two NCAA Outdoor titles in the 400m hurdles.  He turned pro in 2005 after his sophomore season with the Gators.
