About James Wiseman
James Wiseman was the second overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Golden State Warriors. Wiseman committed to the University of Memphis out of high school, but played in only three games, averaging 19.7 points, 10.7 rebounds and three blocks before deciding to leave school to prepare for the draft. He first made waves as a prep star at Memphis East High School. Most recruiting organizations regarded him as the top overall prospect in the Class of 2019. As a senior, Wiseman won several accolades, including the Gatorade National Player of the Year and the Morgan Wooten National Player of the Year. He was also selected to play in the McDonald's All-American Game, the Jordan Brand Classic and the Nike Hoops Summit.
