Gavin Lux Biography

Gavin Lux is one of the brightest young stars in baseball. The middle infielder originally debuted for the Los Angeles Dodgers at the end of the 2019 season. Lux played in 23 regular season games before becoming an important contributor during the Dodgers postseason run. In his playoff debut, he became the youngest player in baseball history to hit a postseason pinch-hit home run and also the youngest Dodger to ever homer in the playoffs. Prior to joining the major league club, Lux was the back-to-back Dodgers Minor League Player of the Year. In 2019, he was named to the Texas League All-Star Team, the All-Star Futures Game roster and was Baseball America's Minor League Player of the Year.
