About Daniel Theis
Daniel Theis is a backup center for the Memphis Grizzlies. He originally became a fan favorite with the Boston Celtics. Theis came from Germany, where he was a four-time German League All-Star. His teams also captured three league championships. In 2017, he signed with the Celtics and became a primary starter for the team during the 2019-20 season. That year, Theis averaged career highs across the board, including 9.2 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.
