About Colt Knost
Colt Knost is a former PGA Tour who is most famously known for his popular podcast and media career. Knost is currently a commentator for CBS Sports, hosts the "Gravy and the Sleeze" show with Drew Stoltz on Sirius XM as well as the "Sub-Par" podcast.
Stoltz originated from Garretsville, Ohio where he was born in 1985, but moved to Texas at a young age and grew up learning to love the game of golf there. He went on to attend Southern Methodist University. Prior to kicking off his professional career, Knost had three notable amateur wins, including the 2005 Dixie Amateur, the 2007 U.S. Amateur Public Links, and the 2008 Georgia Cup. Before debuting professionally in 2007, he was the number-one ranked golfer in the World Amateur Golf Ranking for five consecutive weeks. In 2007, Knost was also a recipient of the Mark H. McCormack Medal, which is an award presented annually to the leading player in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.
