About Carlos Condit
Carlos Condit is a mixed martial artist who competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Condit began wrestling at nine years old and he continued wrestling through high school. At fifteen, Condit started training in Gaidojutsu under Greg Jackson. Condit turned professional at eighteen. During his debut, Condit took less than a minute to submit Nick Roscorta with a rear-naked choke. Condit made his debut for World Extreme Cagefighting at WEC25 where he defeated Kyle Jensen in the first round. He then had to defend his title against Brock Larson and Carlo Prater where he defeated both by submission in the first round. In 2009, Condit made his move to the UFC after the WEC buyout.
