About A.J. Allmendinger
Anthony James Allmendinger, is a stock car racing driver, who from his rookie year in 2004 made his presence known in the racing world. The phrase “It’s not how you start but how you finish”, was more than appropriate for his rookie year as he finished the season with six top-6 finishes and won the Rookie-of-the-year award in the Champ Car World Series. Just two years later, A.J. made his NASCAR debut in the Craftsman Truck Series. While success didn’t come easy early on, he stayed persistent and has registered a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series win and 35 top-ten finishes as well as 2 NASCAR Nationwide Series wins with an additional 2 top-ten finishes with a Rolex 24 championship at Daytona highlighting his resume. Just as his rookie year showed, it wasn’t how AJ started, but how he finished, and there is no telling how much AJ Allmendinger can accomplish over the rest of his career.
