About Wesley Walls
Wesley Walls was one of the best tight ends of his time. Walls was elected to five Pro Bowls and was a four-time All-Pro pick. In his rookie season, he won Super Bowl XXIV with the San Francisco 49ers. Walls really made his mark on the Carolina Panthers though, making all his Pro Bowl appearances while with the club. He also spent time in his career with the New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers. A second round pick out of Ole Miss, Walls played all over the field for the Rebels. He was originally a defensive end for three years. During his senior year, he transitioned to tight end and won first-team All-American honors. For his efforts, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame and Ole Miss Sports Hall of Fame. He also endowed a football scholarship at his alma mater. Walls is now a real estate developer and runs Delta Furniture Manufacturing.
