About Blaine Bishop
Blaine Bishop is a former NFL safety. Bishop honed his talent at the college level playing for Ball State University before being drafted in the eighth round of the 1993 NFL Draft. He had a very successful NFL career led by his 743 tackles. He was also selected to the Pro Bowl team four times, 3 of which were in consecutive years. Bishop also was an All-Pro selection three times in his career. He has been recognized as one of the greatest safeties during his time with the Titans. Since retiring, Bishop couldn’t stay away from the game for long. He began working for the local news channel in Nashville where he provided sports commentary as part of the Titans post-game coverage. Since then he has begun coaching football at the high school level and hosting a radio show where he can also be heard as part of the Tennessee Titans radio broadcast during games.
