Bill Lynch

Bill Lynch got his start in football in high school and later honed his craft in college. When playing for Butler University Bill was a four year letter winner as the quarterback of the football team, which he led to a 28-12 record and led the nation in pass percentage in 1975. Bill also played basketball where he was a team captain and played head-to-head with Larry Bird in his final college game. After playing for Butler, Lynch went on to become an assistant coach after graduating, a position he held for seven years. Since then, Bill has bounced around between several schools in his coaching career, but not because of a lack of success along the way. He has won 4 Indiana Collegiate Conference Championships and 1 Mid-American Conference Championship in his career. Three of Bill’s children have followed in his footsteps and are also coaching at the collegiate level.
