About Timmy Chang
Timmy Chang is back where he became a college football legend as the head coach at the University of Hawaii. Chang put up mind-boggling numbers as a player, breaking the NCAA records for total offense, completions and attempts. He is the Warriors' all-time leader in passing yards and total offense. Chang was a two-time All-WAC pick while at Hawaii. Following his college career, he spent some time as a quarterback in the NFL and CFL before getting into coaching. Chang began his coaching tenure under his old head coach, June Jones, as a graduate assistant at SMU. He went on to serve as offensive coordinator at Jackson State and Emory & Henry. In 2017, Chang was hired as inside wide receivers coach. He coached wide receivers and tight ends for the Wolfpack before being hired at Hawaii in 2022.
