About Pat Hill
Pat Hill is a former coach, notorious for his time as head coach of the Fresno State University footballteam. Hill started his coaching career with the University of Utah as an offensive line coach, bouncingaround from various colleges to the CFL until being hired bythe Cleveland Browns of the NFL. Hill leftthe NFL in 1996 to become head coach of Fresno State. Over his 15-year career, Hill beat 17 BCSAutomatic qualifying teams, tied for most wins with Utah. Hill would lead the Bulldogs to 11 bowlgames, with a 4-7 record. The best season for Hill and the Bulldogs was 2001, when they defeated tworanked teams and had an 11-3 record.
