About Brian Hartline
Brian Hartline is a former NFL wide receiver who currently serves as the offensive coordinator at Ohio State University. Hartline played hiscollege career at Ohio State, where he led the Buckeyes to the 2008 National Championshipgame after catching 52 passes for 694 yards. Hartline decided to forego hisfinal season at Ohio State to enter the 2009 NFL Draft, where he wasselected in the fourth round by theMiami Dolphins. In a game against the Buffalo Bills, Hartline caught his first touchdown passof hiscareer, finishing his rookie season with 506 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Hartline would followup his successful rookie season with another decent season, racking up 615 yards but just onetouchdown. In 2011, Hartline inherited astarting job, and would continue to prove as a reliable receiverfor the Dolphins for the next few seasons, including breaking theDolphins’ single game receiving yardsrecord in 2012. During the 2013 offseason, the Dolphins locked up Hartline for five moreyears, givinghim a contract extension worth $31 million dollars.
