Pablo Sandoval

Pablo Sandoval is an MLB third baseman, currently playing for the Boston Red Sox. Nicknamed “ThePanda,” Sandoval’s tough play and lovable nature make him a natural fan favorite. Sandoval would makehis professional debut midseason in 2008 with the San Francisco Giants, eventually becoming a keyplayer during their incredible World Series stretch from 2010 to 2014. Sandoval would play his first fullseason in 2009, hitting 25 homeruns and 90 RBI with a .330 average, easily becoming the best hitter onthe Giants. Sandoval would have somewhat of a sophomore slump during the 2010 season, but stillcontributed during the first of three World Series championships over a five year period. Although ofteninjured, Sandoval would be named an All-Star in 2011 and 2012, and was one of the main reasons theGiants won the World Series again in 2012, as he was named World Series MVP after hitting threehomeruns in the first game of the series. Sandoval’s production would fluctuate over the next years, buthe still performed hisbest in the playoffs, leading the Giants to the 2014 World Series. After the season,Sandoval signed with the Boston Red Sox, where he looks to wreak havoc on the American League.
