About Nathan Horton
Nathan Horton has been a reliable scorer in the NHL throughout his lengthy career. Horton was instrumental in the Boston Bruins run to the 2011 Stanley Cup. He scored game-winning goals in game five and seven of the first round to beat the Montreal Canadiens. Then, his third period goal in game seven of the Eastern Conference Finals was the only score needed to loft Boston over the Tampa Bay Lightning. Horton began his career with the Florida Panthers after being the third overall pick of the 2003 NHL Draft. He spent six seasons with the Panthers and had his most productive seasons there. Horton now plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Ontario native was a junior hockey star and a top prospect following two seasons with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League.
