About Mal Meninga
Mal Meninga is a legend in the sport of rugby. Meninga played professionally in both Australia and England. He retired from the sport with the most appearances in Australian national team history and as the all-time points leader for State of Origin football. Meninga participated in a record four Kangaroo Tours. He is a member of the Order of Australia and the Australian Rugby League Hall of Fame. Meninga's coaching career started with the Canberra Raiders. He then guided Queensland to nine State of Origin championships from 2006-2015 before becoming Australia's national coach.
