About Kris Humphries
Kris Humphries was a highly touted prep prospect out of Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota in 2003 and signed with the University of Minnesota after averaging 25.7 points and 11.4 rebounds and earning McDonald’s All-American honors during his senior year in 2003. After a stellar career at Minnesota he joined the Utah Jazz as a 1st round pick in 2004 and became one of the faces of their franchise. After playing for the Jazz from 2004 to 2006 he has seen time with the Toronto Raptors, Dallas Mavericks, New Jersey Nets, Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards. During his first ten seasons in the NBA he has averaged 6.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game with his career high of 13.8 points and 11 rebounds coming in 2011-12 with the New Jersey Nets. Humphries is a recognizable face around the league and is respected for his ability to produce in any role that his franchise asks him to perform.
