About A.C. Green
A.C. Green is a retired professional basketball player who spent 16 years playing the sport he loved, at the highest level. Before his career took off, A.C. spent 4 years at Oregon State University and finished at 2nd all-time in rebounding and 4th all-time in scoring in OSU Beaver History. This effort resulted in him being drafted 23rd overall in the 1985 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. A.C. Green was just one of the big names on this Los Angeles Lakers team which won back-to-back titles in 1987 and 1988. From that point on, he would make the NBA All-Defensive second team in 1989, the NBA All-Star team in 1990, and in 2000 he returned back to Los Angeles to win his third NBA championship with the Lakers. It is no coincidence that A.C. was a part of multiple championship teams, as it is a testament to what kind of player and teammate he was on and off the court.
