Kevin Love

Kevin Love is the pride of UCLA, and was selected in the 1st round of the 2008 NBA Draft by the Memphis Grizzlies after leading the Bruins to a Final Four appearance in 2007 and earning both Naismith National Player of the Year honors in 2007 and Pac-10 Player of the Year honors in 2008. When his All-American collegiate career came to an end he began to display why he was considered a once in a lifetime prospect. In six seasons with the Grizzlies he earned three All-Star selections, was named to the 2009 All-Rookie Second Team and was named the NBA’s most improved player in 2011 after leading the league in rebounds. The following year he won the NBA Three-Point Shootout championship, showing that he can both shoot and play down low. During his six years in Minnesota he averaged a double double with 19.2 points and 12.2 rebounds per game and became a sought after asset around the league. In 2014 he was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers and became one of the faces of their franchise. One of his most proud accomplishments came in 2012 when he was one of the leaders for the USA team that won a gold medal at the London Olympic games.
