About Justin Williams
Justin Williams was the 28th overall pick in the 2000 NHL Draft by the Philadelphia Flyers. Prior to making his NHL debut he played two seasons in the OHL with the Plymouth Whalers, where he scored 41 goals and added 54 assists for a total of 95 points in 115 games. In the 2000 OHL playoffs he had an outstanding performance, scoring 14 goals and tallying 16 assists for a total of 30 points in 23 games. Williams made his NHL debut in 2000 with the Flyers and played the first four seasons of his career in Philly. In 2003 he signed with the Carolina Panthers and went on to lead them to a Stanley Cup title in 2006. Since signing with the Los Angeles Kings in 2008 he has earned two more Stanley Cup titles and the 2014 Conn Smythe Trohpy as the NHL Stanley Cup playoff MVP. Through the 2014 season he has tallied 209 goals and 332 assists for a total of 541 points in 837 career NHL games, and added 39 goals and 48 assists for a total of 78 points in 108 playoff games. He has also played on the Canadian National Team and helped his home country to two World Championships in 2004 and 2007.
