About Jim Mora
Jim Mora is the current head football coach at Colorado State with vast experience at both the pro and collegiate levels. Before heading the Rams, Mora orchestrated a remarkable turnaround at UConn, leading them to back-to-back nine-win seasons.
As the UCLA Bruins head coach, Mora guided a resurgence of the program.UCLA won nine or more games in each of its first three seasons. He was able to develop quarterback Brett Hundley while in Los Angeles and continues to recruit at a high level.
Mora was previously an NFL head coach with the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks.He took the Falcons to an 11-win season and NFC South title in his first year on the job in 2004. Overall, his record in Atlanta over three seasons was 26-22.
Mora has also been an assistant coach for the Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers, New Orleans Saints, and San Diego Chargers.His time in New Orleans was particularly notable because he was on his father Jim’s coaching staff. Mora got his coaching start as a graduate assistant at his alma mater, the University of Washington, in 1984.
