About Ji-Man Choi
Ji-Man Choi is a star for the Tampa Bay Rays. Choi has found a home in Tampa after beginning his major league career with several different organizations. He was originally signed by the Seattle Mariners out of Korea in 2010. Choi made his big league debut with the Los Angeles Angels in 2016, then spent time with the New York Yankees in 2017 and Milwaukee Brewers in 2018 before being traded to the Rays. Choi blossomed with the Rays, hitting .261 with 19 home runs and 63 RBI in 2019. He was an intricate piece of a playoff team and particularly stood out during the ALDS against the Houston Astros.
