About Jeff Fisher
Jeff Fisher is best known as the former head coach of the Tennessee Titans and St. Louis Rams. With an extensive history in coaching as well as playing the game of football, Fisher has much experience to his name. He was born in Culver City, California in 1958 and starred on his Los Angeles high school football team. Fisher then went on to attend and play for the University of Southern California and his life after being a Trojan was the life of a Chicago Bear. He was selected in the 1981 NFL Draft and played for the Bears until 1985. Fisher then obtained his first coaching position as the defensive assistant with the Chicago Bears the very season following his retirement. Throughout his coaching career, he also spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Houston Oilers, whom he was the head coach for over a decade and through their progression to the Tennessee Titans. He began his current coaching position as the head coach of the St. Louis Rams in 2012. To date, Fisher is most proud of his Super Bowl XX championship title with the Bears in 1985 and his AFC championship in 1999 with the Oilers.
