About Haley Johnson
Haley Johnson is a collegiate cross country/track and field competitor at the University of Minnesota. A graduate of Plymouth High School, Johnson was the 2012 Division 1 champion in the 3200 meters event. Johnson was a highly coveted recruit, and she committed to the University of Minnesota during the 2012 high school season. After redshirting her freshman season, Johnson made her debut during the 2013 track and field season, earning All-Big 10 honors after running six races, finishing first in three of them. Her cross country debut came in the 2014 outdoor season, where she ran five races with a high finish of third. Johnson would go on to compete in the indoor season as well as the 2014 track and field seasons, and constantly was up front for the Gophers.
