Eric Gordon Biography

On an NBA court, Phoenix Suns guard Eric Gordon can score with the best of them. Gordon has twice averaged over 20 points per game in a season. Making his playoff debut with the New Orleans Pelicans in 2015, he averaged 18.5 points in a first-round loss to the Golden State Warriors.  Gordon was originally selected seventh overall by the Los Angeles Clippers in 2008.  That was after a banner freshman campaign at Indiana, where he won Big 10 Freshman of the Year and was a third-team All-American.  Gordon became a star while in high school at North Central in Indianapolis.  He was Indiana’s Mr. Basketball as a senior and a McDonald’s All-American.
