About Andrew Toole
Andrew Toole is one of the youngest head coaches in Division 1 college basketball. He has been at Robert Morris University since 2010 and at 29 years of age was the youngest head coach when named to the position. He has since led the Colonials to two straight Northeast Conference titles in 2012-13 and 2013-14. Toole has posted three straight 20 win seasons. Prior to assuming the head coaching position, he was an assistant at Robert Morris for two seasons. In each campaign, the Colonials reached the NCAA Tournament. His one season spent with Lafayette College was his first NCAA coaching gig. Prior to that, Toole coached for an AAU camp called Hoop Group. He split his college playing career between Elon and Penn and went to the NCAA Tournament in 2002 and 2003 with the Quakers. In his senior season, Toole was a team captain at Penn.
