About Daniel Suarez
Daniel Suarez has had great success in stock car racing. Suarez is a native of Mexico and became the first non-American to win a major NASCAR series championship when he took home the Xfinity Series title in 2016. That came on the heels of him being names Xfinity Series Rookie of the Year in 2015. Suarez moved up to the Cup Series with Joe Gibbs racing in 2017. In 2022, he became the first Mexican-born driver to win in the Cup Series with his victory at Sonoma.
