About Cam Atkinson
Cam Atkinson was a star for the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Blue Jackets originally selected him in the sixth round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. The American honed his hockey skills at Boston College. He had back-to-back 50-point seasons for the Eagles and led the NCAA in goals scored in 2009-10. Atkinson made his NHL debut with Columbus in 2011. He was named an AHL All-Star in 2012. After helping lead the Blue Jackets to the top of the NHL standards during the first half, he was named to his first All-Star team in 2017. Atkinson has represented the U.S. once at the 2012 World Championships.
