About Brutus Beefcake
Brutus Beefcake was born Edward Leslie and is best known for his time as a professional wrestler in the WWF. During his time in the World Wrestling Federation he earned the nickname “The Barber” and became one of the first WWF World Tag Team Champions in history. From 1994 to 1999 Beefcake wrestled in the popular WCW, which rivaled the WWF for many years. During his time as a professional wrestler he was known by over 16 nicknames but his hardcore fans always referred to him as Brutus Beefcake. He’d go on to wrestle for 33 years and became one of the most popular personalities of all-time. Outside the ring he pursued a successful acting career, appearing in several popular television shows and wrestling videos throughout his career. He is widely considered to be one of the top 100 wrestlers ever and captured 10 titles during his career.
