Brian Custer is a sports analyst who currently works as the host of Showtime Championship Boxing and as host/play by play broadcaster for ESPN. Custer previously worked at FOX Sports, where he called NFL, college footbal, college basketball and Big3 basketball games. He was also a host of Jets Post-Game Live show on SNYnetworks as well as serving as aco-anchor for the station’s SportsNite programs. A graduate of HamptonUniversity, Custer started his radio and televisioncareerwith his hometown 610 WTVN station, doingvarious on air and on television sports work. His first job as an anchorcame with ABC affiliate WSYX-TV,where he was the station’s sports anchor for two years. The most recent job before hiscurrent one waswith CBS-11 in Dallas, where he spent eight years working as a sports anchor for the channel.
