About Brett Bodine
Brett Bodine is a former NASCAR racer who had an 18 year career. Bodine started his professional careerin 1985 by competing inthe NASCAR Busch Series, one step below the main Winston Cup Series. As arookie, Bodine compiled three poles, three wins,and seven top 5s. He would race full time in the BuschSeries for two more years, compiling five wins and 52 top ten’s. In1988, Bodine moved up to theWinston Cup Series with Bud Moore Engineering, racing a full time schedule in the #15 CriscoThunderbird. Bodine finished the season 20th in points after posting five top ten finishes, and he racedfor Bud Moore for thenext two seasons. His best season came in 1990 with Kenny Bernstein’s racingteam, winning his first and only race that season.Bodine had his best points finish that season, finishing12th in the final standings. Bodine would officially from racing in2003, and he currently works as thepace car driver for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.
