About Christmas Abbott
Christmas Abbott has found a way to pack a lot of extreme into one tiny body, 53 to be exact. But she doesnt let her small stature dictate who she is, she proves that anything is possible. Abbott found a new life when she discovered CrossFIT while overseas as a civilian contractor. From there, her life turned around; she devoted her life to fitness and strength. Before CrossFIT, Abbott had no athletic experiences, now shes working out twice a day to prepare for her next competition. Abbott formed her own CrossFIT Invoke and is a head trainer at CrossFIT Headquarters. She and her CrossFIT team have qualified for the Reebok CrossFIT Games twice and will try for a third time in June. Abbott recently took on a new venture, changing tires on pit row for NASCAR. She also became a nationally ranked Olympic lifter in December of 2013. Abbott wants to show the world that her small stature is no excuse to slow her down from achieving her dreams.
