About Brandon Ingram
Brandon Ingram is a guard/forward with the Toronto Raptors. The Los Angeles Lakers originally made him the second overall pick of the 2016 NBA Draft. Ingram starred in his one season with the Duke Blue Devils. He was named Atlantic Coast Conference Freshman of the Year and was voted to the All-ACC second team. The United States Basketball Writers Association also named him to their Freshman All-American squad. With Ingram leading the way, Duke made it to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. He averaged 23 points per game during the Blue Devils March Madness run. Overall, Ingram posted averages of 17.3 points and 6.8 rebounds for the year while also shooting an impressive 41 percent from three. Before arriving at Duke, he dominated high school basketball in North Carolina. He won four NCHSAA 2A state titles at Kinston High School. After a senior year where he averaged 24.3 points and 10.4 rebounds a game, Ingram was named a McDonald's and Parade All-American.
