Andrew Bogut

Andrew Bogut is an Australian basketball legend who played 14 seasons in the NBA. Bogut originally arrived in the United States to play college basketball at Utah. He played two seasons for the Utes and averaged 20.4 points and 12.2 rebounds per game as a sophomore. That year, Bogut was named a consensus All-American and the national college player of the year. Bogut wasthe number one overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. He played the first seven seasons of his career with the Bucks before being traded to the Golden State Warriors. Bogut had several career highlights in Milwaukee. He averaged 15.9 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.5 blocks during the 2010 season on the way to being named to the All-NBA third team. Bogut was a core piece of the rising Warriors team for four seasons. In 2015, he won his first championship and was named to the All-NBA Defensive second team. Bogut also played for the Dallas Mavericks, Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers before retiring in 2020.
