Anastasija Zolotic Biography

Anastasija Zolotic made Olympic history as the first American woman to win a gold medal in taekwondo during the Tokyo Games. Zolotic was perhaps a surprise first-place finisher, but she previously did win silver in the 49 kg weight class at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics. She also captured a gold medal at the 2019 Pam American Games and a silver at the 2021 Pan American Championships.
