Legendary Georgia Quarterback Aaron Murray Holds Football Camp in Macon June 25th

He may now be in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs, but former Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Aaron Murray will always be beloved in the Peach State.  On June 25th, he will play to his base of fans by hosting a football camp in Macon.

The camp is presented by Sanford Insurance and will run 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.  It is hosted at Stratford Academy and limited to 100 total spots.

Kids ages 6-16 are welcome to attend and registration ranges from $95-$145.  The $115 and $145 packages include either a signed Murray 8X10 or football along with the expert instruction at the camp.

Murray had one of the most storied careers of any quarterback in the history of the Southeastern Conference.  He started all four years at Georgia and has SEC all-time records for passing yards and touchdowns.

While in Athens, Murray led the Bulldogs to two SEC East titles.  In 2011, he was named to the All-SEC second teams by the Associated Press.

Upon wrapping up his UGA career, the Chiefs selected Murray in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.  He currently serves as the backup quarterback to Alex Smith
